Glen Davidson has been with The Mathers Team since 2010. His focus at Mathers is on estimating and managing projects, including budget management, scheduling and management of personnel.

A native of Hurt, Va., Glen has lived in the Waynesboro area since his teen years. He now lives in Fort Defiance, and spent several years coaching girls softball and girls basketball. He also enjoys playing golf.

Chris Puffenbarger has been with Mathers since 1992. His jobs at Mathers have included working on projects involving Whitewave, Hershey, Waterhouse, TInkling Springs Presbyterian Church, the New Street Parking Garage in Downtown Staunton, and the Bridgewater College dorms.

A Roanoke native, Chris lives in Bath County, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and rooting for the Boston Celtics, Washington Redskins and UVa. sports teams.

Scott Ingham, Project Manager

Scott Ingham has been with Mathers since 2008.

A native of Pottstown, Pa., Scott brings 25 years experience in industrial piping, setting of machinery, and HVAC unit installation to The Mathers Team.

His focus at Mathers is on overseeing all Mathers project work at the Hershey Chocolate of Virginia plant in Stuarts Draft, Va.

In his free time, Scott enjoys woodworking, remodeling, landscaping and spending time with his four dogs.

Mike Wissler, Project Manager

Mike Wissler joined The Mathers Team in 2010 with 10 experience in pre-engineered metal buildings and seven years experience of metal fabrication and project managing.

Mike has overseen several key projects at Mathers, including the Waterhouse project in Charlottesville and the Next Century expansion project in Hershey, Pa.

Mike lives in Lyndhurst with his wife, Melinda, and their three children.
