Frank Hawkins is a Mathers Team veteran. Among his highlights at Mathers has been his work on the renovations and additions at Camp Shenandoah.

A father of two, Frank is a former minor-league baseball player and studio musician.

John Mohme, Senior Estimator

John Mohme has more than 30 years of experience as an estimator on projects ranging from from hospitals and airport terminals to schools and bridges.

When he’s not crunching numbers, John enjoys spending quality time with his family and racking up miles on a tandem bicycle with his wife, Nancy.
