Bill Moore has been a corporate accountant in the construction industry for more than 35 years.

Always on the job – he has not taken a single sick day in his work career – Bill also volunteers as a youth soccer coach. In his spare time, Bill is an avid golfer and fisherman.

Jim Pruett, Safety Director

Jim Pruett joined The Mathers Team after spending more than three decades at DuPont.

Jim is the father of three with seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. A self-described music freak, Jim is also a golfer and sports fan.

Susan Main, Controller

Susan Main joined The Mathers Team in 2005. A graduate of Blue Ridge Community College and James Madison University, Susan puts her business-administration degree and 24 years of experience in accounting to good use as the controller at Mathers.

A Waynesboro native, outside of work Susan likes to spend time with her family, especially her sons. She enjoys relaxing with a good book, going to the movies, hanging out with friends and listening to local bands.

Brandy Austin, Administrative Assistant

Brandy Austin is responsible for maintaining the flow of communications among members of The Mathers Team.

Outside of work, Brandy loves to spend time with her family, play with her kids, scrapbook and give back to the community by volunteering for the area’s free medical clinic.

Ashley Gauldin, Junior Accountant

Ashley has been with The Mathers Team since 2006.

Her job responsibilities include assisting in daily financial operations, accounts payable and receivable, and in the creation of monthly financial statements.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys walks in the park, photography and reading.

Teena Ingham, Administrative Assistant

Teena joined The Mathers Team in 2009 after a 25-year career in the medical field.

At Mathers, Teena assists with accounts payable, billing and daily secretarial duties.

Originally from Hobart, Ind., she moved to Virginia four years ago.

In her spare time, Teena enjoys gardening, cross-stitching and spending time with her four dogs.
